This place is strategically located besides BP fuel station & a walking distance to merredin small town. Our unit comes with 1 king & 1 queen size beds, with king bed in a room & queen outside. They provide good extra pillows & comforters. It has basic kitchenette with microwave, fridge, cutterlery, kettle & toaster. The unit is very clean, neat & tidy. It's basic & It's value for money. It is also equipped with good internet & Foxtel. The owner is very accommodating & kind; our car broke down (in Bolladin, on our way to Kalgoorlie), we were brought here by our kind tow man. He attended to us immediately & our check-in was very fast. Really appreciate the hospitality. Thank you.

Great little motel, coworkers & I stayed 1 month for work and had everything we needed for our extended stay. Meals just next door at the service station was very convenient. air con did stop working but came back the next day and it was a brand new one. Our company will be back in the new year.

Me and my boyfriend got into a major car accident. The car was all we had carrying our life in it. And we urgently needed somewhere to stay. Blake, was a legend he gave us the room for cheap for two nights service was amazing both him and his dad were great blokes to us. The room was lovely had a heater to keep us warm from the cold warm shower and neatly done bed and a tv. The room brought us comfort during our near death experience and welcomed us into there town. We will not forget the beautiful town of Merredin due to the act of kindness and beautiful space they gave us straight away highly recommend if your passing through this town, great place to stay and extraordinary service, the room has all the essentials we needed to live for the 2 nights. Give this place a try you won’t regret it!!

Rooms are no Hilton. Country town quality. Out company has now put this at the top of our list for Merredin accommodation. We stayed in the far back rooms, entrance from BP. Room was very spacious and perfect for doing work out off. Recommend these rooms for any one need space and a desk. Again, this is our number 1 pick for Merredin. Price was fair. Staff friendly. Some traffic noise from highway, but not too bad.

Much better than expected after reading the reviews. |Don't be put off by the negatives.|Spacious room, working TV, fridge, comfy bed. Space to park the car right outside the room.|There wasn't a restaurant on site - however it looked like the petrol station next door did have a cafe or restaurant.
